I visited this store, primarily because I had lost one of my Pandora Me charms, and was looking to replace it. The Sales Associate was kind enough to point out that they had a replacement policy, for my charm, as long as the charm itself had been purchased within the last six months. My charm had! The Sales Associate said that if I had the original charm, I could bring it in, and exchange it. I had lost the charm in my apartment, and promised to return with it. Meanwhile, the Sales Associate showed me another Pandora Me charm, and a Pandora Me ring, that I liked. I purchased those items.
