When I walked in I was greeted and the sales woman was very tentative to me. She helped me find my sizes for rings and explained how some of them may fit differently

Patrice was super helpful and sweet! I had earrings I bought online and never wore because one did not close properly. She made sure that I got the same earrings and made sure the new set worked properly before I left the store! She was also very helpful in finding a piece that I needed to wear a mini charm on my bracelet! I loved working with Patrice!

Dutch was my saleslady. She was very friendly and patient with me as I searched for the perfect bracelet and charms. She helped me match everything and took her time. She didn't rush me at all. Very pleasant and excellent customer service! :-)

I ordered a bracelet online for my partner for Valentine’s Day and it was way too small when It came in. I went to the store and got another one, bigger size, before Valentine’s Day. The lady was extremely helpful. She taught me about how to tell the difference in sizes and how to put the charms on and everything.

I originally had bought a size 52 ring, and as I finished shopping in the mall, the ring felt a little too big so this lovely lady assisted me and helped me return it to get a smaller size.
