Calm helpful and knowledgeable

The staff let me take my time at the store without pressuring me to get something like every other jewelry store. It was calm and very clean and was very organized. They lady was super helpful and help me pick my bracelet!

When I walked in the sales associate immediately asked if she could help me. I explained what I wanted. She showed me the rings and check my ring size. After getting what I wanted we continued to charms for a birthday present. She made some wonderful suggestions and I punched 3 charms. Wonderful associates at this Pandora store all are friendly and very helpful

Sales Associate Kim S. Was absolutely the best!!! I received a Pandora bracelet as a gift and I am new to the Pandora family😊. Kim helped me to “build” my new bracelet and she was very caring and helpful. She explained in detail how to correctly place my new charms and she took the time to help me pick the correct style of charms that would offset the ones I already had. Thank you Kim! I will definitely be back to purchase more and I look forward to Kim’s help!!

first i made a phone call and ordered my items. then my husband went to store to pick up items. and they said i could return the one ring because they didn't have my size and it would be in soon. they were very nice about me taking the bigger size to see if i like it or wanted it and if not satisfied i can return for the original size when it comes in.
