Polite helpful no pressure

Both of the salesladies were amazing. I had an issue with a bracelet that was given to me as a gift and they took care of it and replaced it immediately and seamlessly, and actually suggested a smaller size for a better fit. They were both so friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me great tips on how to take care of my jewelry and answered multiple questions I had on products. It was a pleasure talking and dealing with them. I hope they are there next time I go back!

I went to Pandora to purchase a charm for my granddaughter. Usually I’ll look on line to see what is available but didn’t have time that day. The associate helped me look through charms until I found the perfect charm. I have always had great experience with Pandora in person or online.
