THIS IS MY HOME PANDORA. I WENT TO THE PANDORA IN MYRTLE BEACH AND THE GIRL HAD NO CLUE WHAT SHE WAD DOING. SHE ONLY HAD ONE CHARM FROM THE BEACH SHE JAMMED IT ON MY BRACELETT I DIDNT NOTICE IT UNTIL I WAS IN MY CAR . MY BRACELETT WAS IN A STRAIGHT LINE. I WENT BACK AND TOLD HER TO TAKE THE CHARM OFF AND SAID WHY WOULD SHE SEND A BRACELETT OUT LIKE THIS ALL SHE SAID WAS IM SORRY. SHE SAID THAT SHE DIDNT EVEN KNOW HOW TO CLEAN THEM. I WENT TO ANOTHER PANDORA DEALER AND BOUGHT A BRACELETT 3 SPACERS 5 CHARMS. HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING AND HOW TO CLEAN SO SAD YOU HAVE PEOPLE LIKE THIS WORKING FOR YOU

Sales ladies were very helpful, but not too pushy. They gave us space and time to look around, but knew when to offer assistance.

Barb and Patty were very friendly and helpful. I was shown the bracelets that I was interested in and was able to try them on. No pressure, just friendly advice.

The sales ladies were very nice. They showed us everything we asked plus more. They knew everything I asked for and could tell me about it.

Brooklyn was great and in advising me as to what i needed. She and the other ladies were very helpful and just made us feel good We came in at all most closing time because of our work schedule and they were very nice to us. We know at the end of the day we all want to go home. they were very kind and we explained this is the only time we had to come.

Quickly waited on. She showed me the item I was looking for and a couple others of the same category. The whole transaction was done professionally and quickly. I’m very happy with the charm I bought, it’s a birthday gift for my sister. I definitely return to the Pandora store again!

My sales agent was great! Very helpful! Wish I remembered her name as I’d definitely ask for her again!

The woman helping me, Kim, was extremely knowledgeable and personable. It was by far the best shopping experience I’ve had in years. She was super sweet and knew exactly what to show me based off of my bracelet. The other sales associates were also very kind and complimentary. I would 10/10 recommend this store over any other store/ authorized retailer in the Pittsburgh area.

Kim was very nice and helpful. She was very knowledgeable on what I was looking for. She was very personable and friendly. She made shopping fun.

I do not remember my sales associates name but she was wonderful. She went out of her way to let me look at and try different rings. I was shopping for a pointer finger ring so needed a larger than normal size. Although the selection was a bit limited I found one I loved and bought. My associate was cleaning all ring between me trying them and she was masked. These measures made my mom (who was shopping with me) feel much safer than in the other stores in the mall that we visited that day. The store has a small footprint compared to the larger stores by me where I live North of Chicago IL. I was visiting my mom in Pittsburgh when I shopped this store in South Hills Village mall. So I felt it was a tight fit but I know there are bigger stores so that is no fault of the staff who were all polite and great. We ended up with a beautiful ring that has a great fit that will stay in the family. Thank you!
