My salesperson, Brooklyn, was absolutely wonderful!! She is knowledgeable and bubbly. The manager exchanged my items even though I was over 30 days. Great experience!!

Patty B was so patient with me while I was asking to see a ton of charms for a gift for my friend. She was so kind and extremely down to earth. She was super sweet & “knew her stuff” regarding merchandise! She deserves a medal for putting up with my indecisiveness 😋

The sales associate KIm in the South Hills location was very helpful. She was able to find all 4 charms I needed for mother's day gift. The women in my life absolutely love pandora, so it was great to find the charms I know they would love.
