I came in to Pandora in South Hills Village mall to get a starter bracelet and charm for my best friend for her birthday. I had no idea what I wanted as far as a charm went but I was thinking of the best friend charms where one friend has one side and the other has the other side. Cassie, the sales associate, helped me find the perfect charm for my best friend and I helped me pick out a bracelet for her. I am hoping the bracelet will fit as she has small wrists but if not, Cassie did give me a gift receipt for the bracelet so she can exchange it for a smaller size if needed. I also got a new bracelet for myself since my current one was full and Cassie was able to help me find the right one for me!

I was given the time to be sure about my purchase. Suggestions for styling were given and much appreciated. The sales person was very helpful.
