Unfortunately with the pandemic stores are permitted on X amount of people based on area of store. The Pandora store in South Hills Village Mall is quite small and only 4 people permitted in at a time. The store did their diligence in trying to keep people in line updated on time and were apologetic. Once in the store, social distance was kept and they went above and beyond making each and every customer feel safe and secure. I made purchases on 2/13/21 and returned again to store on 12/14/21 to return a duplicate item I previously purchased for my wife. While there, we returned the item and purchased not only a replacement from the return, but two more Disney Pandora charms in the process.

My sales person was friendly. She was very helpful and suggested options for me to purchase. My purchase we ready when I returned from my other shopping and it was wrapped very nicely.

The associate that helped us at the store was so nice! My sister, our friend, and I were there to buy matching rings for Valentine’s Day. She helped all 3 of us figure out our ring size and showed us many styles of the wishbone ring. We were super happy with her please let her know for us! She deserves a raise in her pay, she represents your company so well!

I had a super experience at Pandora! I exchanged an item that was bought several months ago but never worn and the staff was incredibly helpful and kind. My daughter was absolutely thrilled with the ring in silver, which she preferred. Thank you!

Salesperson was quite good in helping me select a necklace and Charms for a !3 year old Birthday. Would purchase from this salesperson again. Made the process Fun.
