I was highly satisfied because of the friendliness of the staff. The cleanliness of the store was wonderful. Also the speed of service was very good. The precautions due to COVID-19 were also satisfactory. I wrote all of this in separate sentences to meet the request of the survey.

Even though I was only exchanging an item, I felt highly valued as a customer. The sales associate (I think her name was Lisa?) was very friendly and took time helping me to find a new charm. I exchanged one Harry Potter charm for another and she chatted with me about the movies and showed me details on the charm that I might not have otherwise noticed. It was a very positive experience.

Sales associate Jayzee cleaned my bracelet and rearranged my charms with my new charm . Also helped me find a charm for a second bracelet . She was very attentive and knowledgeable . Loved my experience with her

During this difficult time it was extremely easy to purchase the ring in the Pandora store. The staff members were extremely friendly and everyone waiting in the line was patient!
