Super friendly

Store is near to my house. Clean place, very friendly associates and large amount of stock.

The store was clean and organized, I was able to easily look at all the pieces. Gemma was friendly, helpful, and took her time to assist me and make sure I was happy with my selection.

Called store and talked to Barb, she was not going to be in on Saturday but said someone would be able to help me. Went in on Saturday and Dutch assisted me, Barb had told her I would probably be in to buy the 100th Disney bracelets and charm. They had it held in the back for me. Both ladies were very helpful.

The sales lead help me with my purchase she was very knowledgeable about the different charms and things I wanted for my bracelet. At the end of my purchase, I didn’t feel so well sort of like I was going to pass out . The wonderful ladies there went above and beyond to help me and make sure that I was alright .

I had the pleasure of having Barb, the store manager, and my sales associate, and she was awesome. When the store didn’t have my item in stock, she reached out to another store, AND helped me place an online order to make sure I got the item before Christmas. Because of this, I ended up purchasing another item in store that was not expecting to buy.

The associates were nice and helpful to me because they helped what I was looking for.

Audrey was extremely personable and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Although it is late in the season I was able to find charms I loved although the store did not have what I wanted

My sales consultant was friendly. She helped me choose the perfect gift. The store was well lit and clean.

I had a sales person who was very helpful in showing me several items and suggesting certain items, but never pushing me to buy or steering me towards any particular item. But she was very nice and informative. I told her I needed time to consider it and would come back later. I left the store, walked a few yards down the mall and realized how helpful the associate was in helping me narrow the options and decided to go back an purchase the 2 bracelets she showed me.
