I ordered a Pandora bead from a seller on Poshmark. When I compared the bead to the advertisement picture I noticed it didn’t look the same so I brought the bead to South Hills Village Mall Pandora. She compared the bead to an original she had and the one from Poshmark was fake. She compared the white bag it came with and the white bag was also fake. She scanned the code that was in the small plastic baggie and the id cane up invalid. The bead was supposed to be my grandma’s birthday gift in 2 weeks. So I purchased 2 of the authentic beads at Pandora and thanked the girl for helping me. Because of her knowledgeable quick help I was able to make a report and get my $41 refunded. Thank you Pandora for training your employees to inspect items thoroughly. I will only buy Pandora items from Pandora now.

All employees were kind and professional. Also, they were able to easily point me towards where I needed to look. They were all very helpful to me.
