Even though there were safety measures in place and wait time was a little longer than normal, i was still in and out of the store in good timing. the store was clean and the sales associate help me with everything i needed.

Staff was friendly but I thought if my bracelet was tarnished they should have replaced it for free but I paid for another bracelet which broke the second time I put it on. Took it back it was replaced but I got no money back.

I had to deal with the online for almost two months and had so many problems, with no help at all, and I spent literally days, weeks, months and a total of literally 23 hours total of phone calls. It was absolutely ridiculous to say the least. I went in to the store today and one of my issues was literally resolved in about 10 minutes. WOW!!!

we got there 15minutes before closing and the ladies did not rush us. they were closing early because of the virus. they helped me find what I was looking for and even waited while I called my friend to find out what charm I needed to get her daughter for her next birthday
