I knew exactly what I needed and was very happy with my visit.

The store was brightly lit so merchandise is highlighted. The merchandise is organized well and moving thru the store and around other customers was done with ease. The staff was friendly and engaging.

Aryn was very helpful she helped me arrange new charms to an existing bracelet i wanted to purchase additional bracelets to layer (as she wore, which looked great) she gave me several options i spent nearly $400 - and only planned to buy a charm or two

The staff in my store is always welcoming. They are very knowledgeable and help me make the perfect selection. And l always have an enjoyable time

The sales associates were both really nice, they both knew a lot about the different types of jewelery. I was very pleasantly surprised to see the prices on the jewelry I was buying, there are great prices for that kind of quality

The item that I wanted was not in-stock at this store (South Hills Village but it was located at another store (Ross Park Mall) by the personnel at the SHV store.
