The girl who helped me was very helpful. She took the time to help me change and switch my bracelets plus I got a new one and she did a quick cleaning. She was an excellent associate

Had plenty of staff for busy season. Very friendly associates. Very efficient.

My sales associate was very patient with me. She took her time to show me each piece. The other sales associates were also helpful and filled with good cheer.

The item I purchased was not available online to buy in the size needed. I checked my closest store and it was not available. Just happen to travel to another mall not knowing if Pandora was in the mall and found the size I needed.

I came into the store to purchase a new bracket for my daughter. The associate showed me all the choices I had to pick from. And was able to pick one she’ll like.

The store experience was absolutely great, but the reason for going to the store is because I sent emails, made phone calls and did chats, and am absolutely disgusted with the experience I had. I cannot believe no one was willing to help in any way. I am totally frustrated with this experience, as I have about 6 bracelets, earrings and other jewelry and my daughter loves your stuff and literally has twelve bracelets, plus other jewelry as well, as she is allergic to all other jewelry, as she has an allergy to metal. So we are very good customers, and no one could adjust a lousy $10 off after ordering online and being told I could use the coupon.

This location is always stocked . Everyone is always friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Always clean ! Even when it’s busy you never have to wait long !
