The staff members were VERY helpful and asked what I was looking for. They were able to pull out charms for me to look at and make amazing recommendations. The charms we eventually got were beautiful and the staff member that helped me said that my mother would love it.

The store was clean and merchandise was well displayed. The sales associate I worked with was very helpful and informative. I had initially come into the store looking for an alternate bracelet style or necklace for my mother who is 88 and has difficulty putting on her Pandora bracelet because of the clasp. The associate showed me different alternatives that were beautiful and would work.

I called earlier in the day for 2 items. The salesperson offered to hold them for me. I came in, paid for the items, asked about the associated bracelet, and left. I was satisfied with the ease of my purchase, friendliness of staff, and speed of transaction.
