As customer my satisfaction was the sale associate may goal. Beings it was my first time she was patient and very helpful. My birthday month and she asked plus gave me a free gift. Very pleased!!!

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. One of the charms we picked out was on sale. There was a free jewelry box with our purchase which was a nice bonus.

I bought a ring, because I am pregnant and cannot fit into my wedding ring right now. The clerks were so awesome and friendly. I don’t splurge often, as we are trying to save but I figure $160.00 wasn’t bad for a ring I’ll wear for the next few months. In less than 12 hours a stone fell out. In less then 24 hours of that, another stone fell out. Working a full time job, it’s hard to get out the the store so my husband returned it. There were no issues giving me a new ring, but now I am terrified to wear it as I’m afraid the stones will come out.

The sales associate helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She was friendly and professional. She approached me o I didn't have to walk aimlesly through the store.

The store associates were very helpful and friendly. I needed to exchange my broken bracelet chain, and the process was easy. She even balanced my charms when she was putting them on the new chain.

The store is convenient for me to get to. Like buying items at a store location as opposed to ordering online. This way you can actually see the size and dimensions of the product without trying to guess. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The store is very clean — only wish it was a bit bigger in size. Would love to see some exclusive “Disney Park” charms, but I guess licensing agreements don’t permit this.
