The sales lady Kim was very knowledgeable and good. She gave me many options and tried to find what I needed

I came in with the intention of adding charms to my bangle bracelet and it was easy to find what I was looking for. The young saleswoman who assisted me was very cheerful and courteous and knew the product. She also made some suggestions that I had not considered and also made me aware of which items were on sale.

My daughter and I were greeted/assisted immediately upon walking into the store. Theresa gave us her full attention, was genuinely interested in helping us, and was patient and did not rush us at all. After my transaction was processed, I noticed two items did not ring up at the sales price. The store manager (I'm sorry I did not catch her name) processed the price adjustment without any questions or hassles.

Patricia was very nice and helpful. Showing a selection of charms and very informative on Things I didn’t know for my bracelet.

Sales clerk was very helpful. She was pleasant and patient while I decided on my purchase. She did not rush the sale just to move on to the next customer. She took time with me and explained the difference between the necklaces I was looking at.
