Shelby and Gemma were extremely helpful and knowledgable, they demonstrated everything so that it was easy to understand. They allowed my wife to try on many different items and really spent the time with us so that we were completely satisfied with our experience.

The associates were able to help me in a timely manner, and educate me on what I needed to know before trying to push a sale.

Although the store was hectic due to the Black Friday promotion, the sales associate was profession and patient. Great customer service.

Shelby and Theresa were superb sales reps. My wife and I stopped in on Saturday to look at a bracelet and charms for Christmas presents for our daughter, but we were pressed for time and we wanted to open a Pandora credit card. Shelby and Theresa showed us some Disney charms, gave us some bracelet options and set everything we wanted aside, and they allowed us to come back on Sunday to complete the application and the sale. It worked out perfectly!

The store at South Hills Village is the best in all of the Pittsburgh area. Exceptional staff. Hands down the best.

The store at South Hills Village is AMAZING. They have the friendliest staff. I especially want to recognize Jen and Patty B. They could not be nicer. Jen is always accommodating and very sweet. Patty B is a true asset to your company. She spends so much time with me and is always so helpful. I cannot say enough about the wonderful customer service that store provides. All of the sales associates really need to be commended for the level of service they provide to all customers. Excellent job by the management staff at that store. Great hiring choices.
