I went into the Pandora store a few weeks back to exchange my rings for larger sizes and the associate was unable to help. I decided to try again and this time the experience was very good. She was able to find both rings in the sizes I need, and was able to exchange them without any issues. She was also very friendly and patient when we were having trouble loading the email for the exchange.

Very very good service. I had questions no problem answer totally understood everything after. The lady was so nice we had so many stores we told to each other about rings and jewelry. She’s amazing. My girlfriend is in love with her ring. She couldn’t wait for her birthday on the 22nd lol. But thank you guys so much. I will be back to get the other necklace and earrings that match.💕
