Your staff is highly knowledgeable & when you express the reason your there, (gift)or whatever, they seem to zero in on just the right item, or items for your special occasion. Plus, the entire staff is so nice and respectful. I'll never forget the kindness they showed my husband every time we entered the store. Of course you do that for everyone. Thank you

I never shopped at Pandora before. The salesperson, Theresa, listened to what I wanted and showed me several earrings that were exactly what I was looking for. Never did I feel pressure to buy. She was friendly and professional.
