I walked in and right away was being helped. I had received a ring as a present and I needed a larger size and right away the woman helping me grabbed the next size up and was a quick process. I did not even have to move from where she let me try the rings on to get them exchanged she ran and grabbed an iPad and did everything right in front of me instead of taking me to a register which was a really nice perk since I had a bag full of other returns that I was holding for other stores.

The nice woman who took care of me was very helpful . Her name was patty and she helped me get exactly what I wanted. Everything looks of good quality and I can’t wait to see if who I’m getting it for likes it.

The sales associate was incredibly helpful and totally went out of her way to make sure that I received the merchandise I wanted for a very reasonable price.

As soon as my boyfriend and I entered the store we were greeted. It was very clean and organized. The employees were very helpful and helped me pick out the perfect ring and made everything very quick and super easy.

Salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable. Large selection of charms to choose from. I felt I was given total attention to and not rushed.

The manager Lauren was very helpful and was able to return a necklace for me. An employee told me she wasn't able to and when I was about to give up Lauren searched and was able to find a solution for me. Also informed me on nice little gifts I can get for upcoming holidays and special days. I'm very satisfied with her and this store. It made pandora my number one place to buy jewelry.
