The sales associate, Patty, was wonderful! She knew exactly where every charm I asked about was and the status of everything I asked about.

I was waited on right upon entering the store. The sales associate was very friendly and knew the merchandise.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Everything we wanted was in stock. Transaction was very smooth and quick.

The sales women were attentive and helpful with every request. They helped locate every charm and ring purchased and made sure it fit before purchase. The sales women also made sure each charm was the right one, with the correct gift receipt.

Store was extremely busy with early Black Friday shopping but had it streamlined so line moved quickly and customers were happy! And, Rockette charm was on special!!

Ease of waiting was appreciated. Friendly salespersons. Merchandise was available.

Everything was great except a lot of items were out of stock.
