My sales assistance was highly knowledgeable in all aspects of her position. The surroundings of the store were very inviting to the consumer and I enjoyed my visit so much so that I left with a smile!

I called the store in advance and the sales associate located the item I wanted to purchase. When I arrived at the store a couple hours later the merchandise was already out & ready to be packaged. It then only took a few minutes to pay.

The sales clerk was excellent serving me, her name was Gemma she took a lot of time helping me, she even cleaned all my charms by hand, I was really impress by that. Overall I was very, very satisfied.

I lost my previous bracelet and the sales associate was very helpful. She helped me find all the same charms. And recommended a safety chain to prevent future mispalcement!

Staff was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Merchandise was available.

I was able to locate the bracelet that I wanted and then the staff helped me eagerly with a charm and other pieces for my bracelet!! I was so thrilled!!!

I do not normally wear jewelry but lately I've been looking to get into wearing some subtle pieces. I walked into Pandora with just the intention of showing my mom a ring I had my eye on. I ended up seeing another ring that I fell in love with and the associates helped me find the perfect fit and ring to go with it. I'm beyond happy with my purchase!

Sales associates and assistant manager very knowledgeable and courteous. Did not rush even though it was close to their closing time.
