When I walked no one else was in the store and everyone greeted me. All of the associates were so friendly. A lady walked out from the back, and also said hello to me while I was being waited on. Overall everyone was very friendly and very enjoyable and knowledgeable.

Sales associate was very helpful and took care of the return of my item which has a missing stone, and replaced it with a new one. I had send an e-mail earlier about my charm's stone missing, but didn't hear back. But ended up having a good experience at the store.

At the time I was only customer so had sales staff all to myself. They were fun to deal with .... many suggestions. A good experience! Will definitely return as my granddaughters and daughters-in-law are all Pandora fans.

Was looking for a 60th birthday gift, didn't no what, was interested in floating pendant. Patty(saleswoman) was awesome in assisting me. Can't wait to give my girlfriend her gift!!

I normally shop at the Tanger Outlet store, however I ordered online so had to go to South Hills Village Store. Since I could not pick up in the 3 day time limit the order was cancelled, so I returned one of the other charms that were delivered my mail. I did purchase a bracelet while I was there. I do enjoy Pandora but the prices seem very high.

I love the bracelet I got but the sales lady pushed me to get the smaller size, I’m going to return it and get the next size up.
