the associate told me how to clean the charms, she took the time to explain very well te process, she helped me to find a gift to my friend and she did a nice recommendation

Was told the wrong price of a ring and charged the higher price. Would not have purchased if told the correct price in the beginning

Store can feel a bit crowded due to its small size. It is hard to browse while waiting for assistance. Therefore you just stand back and feel like you are intruding.

The sales associate that helped me was very knowledgeable,friendly and willing to help. The other sale associates wasn’t as friend and kept pushing me off when I needed assistance.

COVID restrictions... had to wait for 45+ minutes to enter the store. Store was rather warm. I expect increased warmth due to lightening but ventilation seemed to be lacking on this visit.

I saw the charm I wanted on a poster for a bracelet and knew I wanted it. I was a new star one, the women who did my order was very quick and friendly. It was my first bracelet and I was very concerned with the price but she helped me get a decent bracelet that didn't make me feel as guilty.
