I was very happy with the help I received. As a USArmy Veteran,I would have liked to have seen something about the Military.Like bring back the dog tags or USA Flag. I will be back to get more charms

My issue is not with this store. I had the elevated heart ring for ten days and then a stone was missing. Returned and reordered it at the store on a Sunday. It arrived at my house on Wednesday, by 8pm there were three stones missing. Literally had it for about 5 hours and sat doing work in a computer. Such a shame, beautiful ring but I don’t have time to be returning rings every week

The woman who helped me was not the nicest. I have been at this store before and she was rude to me then. Now that I came back she just didn’t say much and exchanged my ring so there was no issue this time but again she wasn’t very nice.

The associate seemed irritated. She tried to tell me the bracelet I was interested in exchanging wasn’t available there, before even looking. And it was. Then she was irritated she had to look up the account for the receipt.

I wish that when you buy something on clearance it can be returned because people do change their minds..I instantly had regrets after my purchase but had to keep it because of policy

The store is too small, it only takes six people to be such a crowded place. Some jewellery are hanging up too high and it’s impossible to check their prices.
