We you come in it looks that you have to ge dress really good to buy at your store even though you don’t know if you come from work. At the beginning dependents don’t treat you good

This pandora store has some annoying employees. The one was trying to “help me” decide what ring was best for me... while obviously pushing me towards the more expensive ones. I think i am perfectly capable of deciding on which rings I would like.

The ring I wanted was sold out, and my second choice was discontinued. I was unhappy with the waiting time even though there were only a couple customers ahead. Overall I enjoyed my experience, but was sad about the limited free gift since they did not have my size.

I was looking for a grandmother charm but was informed that its no longer available.

My comment only relates to selection. I was anxious to take advantage of the sale (tiered sale for 30, 40, 50% off) and the selection was poor. This makes it difficult to actually take advantage if half merchandise is in the store and half is online or out of stock.

Brought bracelet home and tried to add beads and the bracelet broke. I am going to have to return for replacement.

I wasn’t greeted, was ignored at first. The selection was not great, I should have ordered the items on line.

I bought 2 rings a day ago for a Christmas gift . Was disappointed they would not give me the sale price that will be held on Black Friday and again during the season
