The sales rep was great. I lost a bracelet and just disappointed that some items cannot be replaced because of such a quick change in new inventory. Would like to be able to print out actual pics of items purchased for insurance purposes. All sales rep was able to bring up was previous items that was purchased at that store and unable to print it . trying to look thru old Pandora booklets to see value of previous items.

Had to wait way to long, very crowded and couldn't even look at merchandise with everyone hovering over display cases. Clerks seemed to be competitive and therefore crabby. Must work on commission. Clerk was not thrilled when I asked for the boxes to go with the charms and bracelets, wanted to give me a cloth bag. As if she was paying for them. Then she had to give me four mini bags, apparently Pandora doesn't want you to purchase more then one item...I bought seven charms and three bracelets.

I went to the store in Thailand, a sale person there calculated the wrong price, fortunately I checked the price from website and it doesn’t match with the cost she gave me. So, I told her on mistake then she had to opened the catalogue checking one by one (after complained).

I would have liked a ring promotion. For example, buy two rings get one free. Maybe some sales.

I don't understand why you show rings that you don't carry in stock in larger sizes. There are at least 4 rings that I want but you don't carry them in my size in the store.

The girl who waited on me was very nice and helpful as the what I wanted to buy which was a leather bracelet to divide some me of my charms on to. A salesman who was not involved in the sale pushed his opinion on me and claimed that the $50 leather bracelet “might last a year” I found it interesting that a customer buying a $50 bracelet is told that. He was very pushy. I wasn’t his customer to begin with.

When I first entered I was greeted by a male manager. He seemed somewhat interested but was rather aloof. Once I had decided what I wanted to look at we started looking for the merchandise. Again I did not get a really good feeling from him. However, he asked Kim to assist me and from that moment on everything was wonderful. Kim is an excellent associate and was aware of my concerns and my needs and help me select what I was looking for

I didnt like how there were no price tags on the merchandise and I was surprised with the price at checkout.
