Tanger outlet location - Washington Pa- poor customer service and selection. I had to drive to South Hills location to do an exchange on Christmas gift.

The greeter was very rude. Had a wheelchair bound person with me and greeter informed me that the store was small and crowded and the chair took up a lot of room.

I am not sure if this is from the store or online. Store was absolutely great and accommodating. On line was absolutely horrible with no accommodations what so ever. Cannot get through to people on phone or no response on emails. Horrible!!! I spend hundreds of dollars a year between myself and my daughter and this was terrible customer service for a company.

My Pandora experience was okay. The ring I got ended up being to bug when I wore it and washed my hands it slid right off my finger. I wish they sales associate would be given me my finger size instead of me guessing. Other then that everyone was great it was packed but only because of the holidays.

When I got there close to opening, there was only one associate and people waiting. It was during the free bangle promotion so more people should have been on hand. My sales associate was good.

I was satisfied with the experience. When you first walked in, just about every sales associate asked if you needed help. I personally just like to look around, then get with the associate.

The new merchandise was sold out. Which was very disappointing, especially since it’s the holidays you would think stores would be better stocked with the new merchandise.

Unclear about how the return was processed. Not sure if the card used was credited, the receipt doesn't say.
