Sales associate was very attentive and knowledgable. Store was bright and merchandise well displayed. Location of store inside a mall was great.

There was a disconnect between management and the staff regarding return procedures and whether or not they should be able to accept my exchange. I wanted to get other merchandise/not a return or credit. I spoke with a manager the night before who told me it could be returned, and I made special arrangements to come to the store the next day to do so. I was able to exchange it, but there just seems to be more solidarity needed among the staff regarding procedure.

They put on my bracelet on , and tell me why walking through the mall it fell off when I wasn’t even messing with it .

Because they ran out of charms i spent over $200.00 was to get a free bracelet they only had a few left which is probably the wrong size and they wouldn't switch one out !! I was disappointed bc i have 4 bracelets for my self and i buy a lot of charms for gifts, they weren't very accommodating

I was not that satisfied because the girl that was working seem like she was a bit mad and miserable and she just like was kinda giving us attitude and stuff.
