I wish there had been more options. Also, one piece, the coffee cup looked tarnished, and they did not have another piece so I had to take it as it was for a gift. Plus the sale was ending for the free bracelet.

The quality of your merchandise is very good I think that it's a high-priced and for a reason but your warranty is not as good as it should be I nearly lost my bracelet three times I went back on two occasions and the girls told me there was nothing wrong with the catch I finally went back again cuz of the 4th time and my bracelet is 2 years old with about 1415 charms and the very nice manager new manager again of course said that you're catches to lose but it's out of warranty you need to buy a home bracelet I found that disturbing I thought that you should at least be able to buy a new couch and being out of warranty I found that disturbing for such high-quality store and high-quality merchandise I don't think a warranty should only be for one year and then a charm that I got 1 charm bent very easily after an argument they replaced it because it didn't show up on their screen for some reason repent again within a month but they wouldn't replace it because they said they only replace it one time I find that really really upsetting but I still like your merchandise you don't usually have problems with it I think that should be looked at

I think the sales associate was disconnected and just worry to make the sales.

I telephoned this store several weeks ago to ask if they had two specific items in stock. I live approximately 60 miles one-way from this store and did not want to make the trip unless these items were in the store. I called several times and no one ever answered the phone and the call went directly to voicemail. I left a detailed message as to what I was looking for and asked for a return call with the answer to my questions. To this date; I have never received a call from this store. I also called the Pandora store at the Ross Park Mall and experienced EXACTLY the same thing. No one ever answered the phone. When I left a message - no one called me back from that store either! What EXTREMELY TERRIBLE customer service this is!!! My husband had business to take care of in this area so I rode with him to check out the South Hills Village store in person. They did indeed have the two items that I was looking for - but it certainly has left me with very bad feeling for the Pandora brand when two different stores can't answer their phone or return a message!!!!

It took FOREVER for a salesperson to even acknowledge me!!! I understand they were busy with other customers but it doesn’t take but a second to say hello and we’ll be with you as soon as we can. If I wasn’t buying a birthday gift for my niece that she had wanted, I would have left!

They basically don’t have any stock of the new collections. Their selection of merchandise is so limited that it makes it hard to shop. It’s a shame that the company doesn’t send them stock.

I had asked for gift receipts but did not get them. I noticed as I was leaving the store so went back and asked for gift receipts and was told it was too late nothing could be done.

Despite the fact that the store was small and empty, neither of the two sales associates greeted us. They were not friendly.

The store associate was very rude, not helpful to the point that I felt like I had to apologize for not knowing the size of the ring that I needed because it was a gift. Won’t shop there again
