My charms keep popping off, which leave me to replace them. And I still haven’t received any return statement from customer service

i spent 367.00 and one of the bracelets were not put in the bag. i did not realize untill i got home and tried calling the store no answer just voicemail so i left a message dis not get a call back at all. terrible customer service i called back the next day ad talked to an associate explained the situation and was told they would put away the bacelet and give me a gift for my inconvenience. went to pick up the package the next day and left the store without looking at the merchandise, when i got to my car i checked and it was the wrong bracelet and they gave me a 2020 christmas ornament without the charm inside it. when questioned the associate she told me they are sold separately when the ornament was sitting out stating ornament and charm 75.00. i very much appreciated the ornament but isn't it sad when the customer knows more than the help. poor customer service . love the merchandise but much too hard to shop this way.

I purchased items online, and the manner in which they arrived was less than acceptable. These were gifts, and they arrived in plastic bags in mailer envelope. I had to purchase other items to make these gifts look better for Christmas. Very unhappy with the way they were shipped to me.

The product is grossly over priced. Therefore, my next statement makes sense...if I'm paying $160 for a couple of charms I should be given a box!!!! Not a cheesy mini bag! I'll shop off pandora market from know on and will cancel my credit card. They are for stocking stuffers. Ridiculous executive decision.

I waited in line for 45 minutes with my two small children. I made the sales associate aware of my dissatisfaction (for waiting in line, for taking forever to get merchandise and slow ringing up of the purchase) and she said, "well it is Christmastime and we only have two people." I responded that store management should know better during Christmastime to have more staff, she responded "we are doing the best we can." Obviously, she stated the obvious and made me feel like I wasn't allowed to be annoyed with the slow service. It wasn't personal, it was just factual. I won't be back nonetheless.

I went to purchase a ring for my 16-year-old daughter as a Christmas gift. One sales associate was working with another customer; the other didn’t really pay attention to me at first, which was disappointing because it was my first time in the store, and I wasn’t familiar with the items. Eventually she helped me find a ring for my daughter. The one I wanted was out of stock. No offer to order it. I ended up buying 2 rings. She didn’t wrap them, though I’d told her the purchase was a gift. As I walked out, I saw a sign that you get a free ornament if you spend $125. I spent more than that, but no ornament. WTF? I couldn’t be bothered turning around to ask. Won’t be back. I had been so excited about the purchase when I walked in; total opposite by the time I walked out.

It's now a Corp store not enticing or friendly. Very sterile. Charms are not displayed to view as before. Two sales people in store, one busy on computer, the other busy yakking with another customer about personal issues. I finally left and came back 20 minutes later. If not for getting a gift, I would not have come back.

I got the ♡ clasp bracelet as a gift and I have an account with Pandora. I went to get it fixed and have not had it for more than a year. The worker could not find my email but my name and phone number showed up so she said she couldn’t do anything because it was under the wrong email. Someone else must of messed up my email. But that is not my fault. Then the worker said I had too many charms in my bracelet and that’s why it broke but I only had about 8 charms on it, I asked her what bracelet can hold more and she proceeded to tell me that my bracelet can hold alot more this was after she blamed me for breaking the bracelet. She was also judging me telling me my bracelet was so dirty and I don’t take care of it which I take very good care of my jewelry. Over all she wasn’t very nice and couldn’t find my account even though I buy so many things from Pandora. She proceeded to ask where my necklace and rings were from and I said Pandora and she said oh well it’s not on your accounts. I showed her that I have an account on my phone and how I get emails from Pandora and she didn’t want to believe it.

I previously had a customer service issue which resulted in being given a 25% discount code. After receiving the item, I discovered a need to exchange, which I did in-store; ironically, with the same person with whom I had a original customer service issue. When she processed the exchange, which was for an item of the exact same cost, she was unable to assess the 25% off discount, and didn't offer to troubleshoot at all. She was unhelpful during my first visit and even more unhelpful during the second. While I adore Pandora jewelry, I will not be shopping at this location again and am unlikely to purchase the product in general.
