I ordered online and had many issues, so I decided to just return everything. The lady in store was helpful but not completely sure how to do the return. I believe the lady who she asked may have been the manager. She was not friendly at all and I could not see her name tag as it was turned. Anyway I spent almost $300 and returned it all. I also called the store before ordering and they were not friendly either. I have had problems at this location before.

They ran my order as cash I had to wait another 20-30 min while two employees tried to fix their mistake. They had to return the merchandise then run as credit. Nearly over an hour and half on the store. They promised me a gift card for my troubles and I never received it.

I placed an order over the phone and when I went to pick it up I waited almost one hour. You think when lines are long, they could have someone to just checkout pickups separate to make it go faster. There were actually three of us in line doing pickups. Also, they were holding several charms for me, and one of them ended up being the wrong one. Good thing they had the right one after that. Also, I was told I could use both my $10 of coupons, even though I was only spending a $146. They would not let me, so I only used one and the manager was the one waiting on me who said no. Two other people prior to that on the phone said yes. I should have been able to use them since I was told I could. So the visit did not go very well at all. I am hghly dissatisfied, as I am a very very good customer.

Rude lied to get a sale. Never told me I had thirty days to return. It was a day present for grand daughter.

The sales associate that waited on me was rude and not helpful. The item I was trying to return/exchange was not under warranty because it was over a year. I was not able to exchange because of that which I completely disagree with

i will start off by saying neither Kim nor Theresa even acknowledged mine and my daughters presence in the store, they were assisting customers and i understand that but they did not even look at us or greet us for 15-20 minutes while we waited.When Kim finally did become available, she was extremely rude to us and clearly did not want to help with our exchange. I worked in retail in the past and if you dont have people or customer service skills, you should find another line of work. The ring i bought was one size too small for my daughter and missing a stone. She did not believe my daughter didnt even wear the ring and made her try it ON!!! Just to prove it did not fit. I was very insulted by this. I suggest you either retrain these women or ask them to leave, The lack of interest they showed was clearly common practice as i witnessed them to this others in the store that came after us

1.) Salesperson I spoke with was extremely unhelpful. I made it clear that I had never shopped in Pandora before, was looking for a gift, and needed help finding a charm. She was impatient, unhelpful, and rude to me, even though the store wasn't busy. She had 0 suggestions for charms, and I basically was completely on my own, even though I expressed to her that I was out of my element. I would have walked out of the store if I hadn't been in a rush to get my holiday shopping done. 2.) I asked if there was gift wrapping available, so she wrapped the gift for me, hurriedly and so poorly that I wish I hadn't even asked since I just had to redo it when I got home anyway. I'm not super picky about wrapping since I'm not very amazing myself, but this job was BAD. Plain and simple. 3.) After unwrapping the gift to redo it, I noticed that she hadn't even put the charm in the box properly - the little ribbon it was on wasn't even tucked in, and the charm was totally off center. Overall, I had a terrible experience and left feeling very frustrated. I felt rushed to make a choice with no help at all, then the result I got was sloppy and disappointing.

Charm out of stock , even though I called ahead. Wanted the mouse and associate tried to sell me the KANGAROO ? Never checked the inventory or another store.

Pushy salespeople that either don't know about the merchandise or knowingly lie to make a sale. Was specifically told the charm i bought was exclusive for valentines day. When I gave it to my wife she had already purchased it in October. Will be returning it and probably will not be back.

There were a few people in the store waiting for assistance when a sales associate began running around the store kicking people out and telling everyone that they were closing. Customers told the sales associate that they were waiting to make a purchase and she said “well you’re going to have to come back at another time because we are closing”
