I went in ti get a Mother’s Day gift and something for me to go with it. Kim at SHV mall was phenomenal and took the time to help me with everything. She didn’t make me feel pressured into purchasing something I didn’t want or couldn’t afford. She even took her time to ask about my interests so that I could make my own bracelet. When I told her I loved Halloween and that I was very sad that I couldn’t get the skeleton girl charm, she went out of her way to search the store and she found one for me! The best experience I’ve had shopping in so long!
