I was very impress with the service

The staff was friendly & helpful. I purchased 2 more charms and I was given good chooses. I had to return because one charm came apart but the associate quickly replaced it and was very nice about it. Bridewater staff is much more friendly & helpful than Menlo. I'll keep coming to Bridgewater from now on.

My sales associate listened very well. She had plenty of suggestions for me. She was very personable and professional. She made my experience comfortable and quick. Plus I went at the right time when the store wasn't busy.

The sales associate, Maggie, was very friendly and knowledgeable. When we arrived there was a security issue at the mall, and she promptly made sure we were aware and escorted us to the exit as we were being directed to evacuate. When we returned to the building a short time later she greeted us again, handled our exchange efficiently, recommended a different ring that my wife liked much more, and pointed out that there was a charm similar to my wife's tattoo. She showed us the charm, and when my wife pointed out her bracelet is already full, Maggie helped her select a necklace chain to put the charm on. We both couldn't be more satisfied!
