sales associate that checked me out was extremely patient and helpful with me. I had running back and forth grabbing me different things cause I couldnt make up my mind and she was so kind about it. Great worker!

My sales associate, Alicia, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I asked to see a few charms before making my final decision and she happily showed them all to me. I didn't feel any pressure or rushed to make a decision. It was a fun shopping experience.

I wanted to have a bracelet cleaned. It was very tarnished. The sales clerk worked diligently and did the best she could under the circumstances. She suggested that I return in several weeks and have it cleaned again to hopefully return its luster.

It was the store manager that helped me with my purchase and I realized she helped me before when I open up my credit card it was about 2 months ago. I can see why she's the store manager she was very knowledgeable polite couldn't say enough about her.

The employee named Olivia was such a delight that I’m taking the time to do this survey to express how great of a service she provided. Super friendly, attentive, happy. Wonderful wonderful service. Truly made my experience great. I bought a gauntlet and the last arc reactor from the Marcel collection from my visit.

I’m so happy with the Princess Wishbone Ring i bought. Nancy was very helpful and super friendly, she answered to all my questions and concerns. Nancy showed me another ring that will definitely pair it with the one I got today and already know that will be my birthday gift in a couple weeks.
