We were assisted by Olivia. An outstanding professional with wit, charm, patience, product knowledge and overall amazing Pandora representative! The store was crowded, but even so, Olivia welcomed us upon our entry into the boutique. She even pointed out apologies as we stood patiently waiting to be serviced. At first i was a little skeptical, other customers entered the store and were seemingly trying to jocky for position, but Olivia was calmly aware. Oliva was so kind, caring and involved in our dream of selections. She made us feel like valued customers and did not rush our questions or selections because of the pressure of other customers. Some of whom were borderline rude and impatient. Olivia sets the bar for service and we look forward to shopping with the Pandora brand again. Olivia left a avery positive impression on our lovely experience and I hope she is given all due consideration. We plan to return today to purchase the blue stone necklace and exchange the blue stone eternity ring for a smaller size.

Liked that Pandora takes the health snd safety of its employees and customers seriously by limiting the number of people inside the store. I felt very comfortable shopping. The sales associate was patient and pleasant with me. It was my first time there and I changed my mind a few times. Love my final purchase.

I place an order online and couldn’t select the gift wrapping option for store pick up but the associates were more than accommodating and made sure each charm was nicely placed in a box and a bag, then I made the line to go inside and buy a charm for my 9 year old daughter’s new bangle that I got for free with my order! Everyone was super nice!
