I recently had a problem with an online purchase during Cyber Monday. This purchase was processed, but at the next day was cancelled. I went into the Bridgewater store and Olivia helped me there. She was great. When I was buying a wristband she offered me some charms, but I explained her I was buying in a budget for a coworker. I also told her the whole story about the Cyber Day online purchase and the reason why I can afford just a plain wristband. She then offered me the same product I bought online honoring the discounted price. She really made my day. I am glad to find an associate that cares for her customer and go beyond good service.

Every time I come to the Bridgewater pandora the sales associates are friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond with customer service.

This store is amazing! The associates are all so knowledgeable and super friendly. The associate that helped me had one of the best personalities and was so energetic! I also work in retail and know how bad it can get but everyone who works here is incredible. Thank you for all your help!
