Our sales associate Nancy was an 11 on a scale of 10. She knew the inventory and was able to go right to the location. Originally I was going to buy one charm in honor of becoming a grandmother but I left with a new bracelet and three additional charms. Nancy cleaned and polished my two old bracelets and suggested a way to rearrange the charms to valence out the bracelets and make my collection really stand out. Her knowledge of Pandora is great…while her ability to work as a representative of the Pandora product is perfect. I hope you will pass my comments on to Nancy.

Timika Hobdy, the Store Manager at The Bridgewater Commons Mall, Bridgewater, NJ was friendly, fun and extremely help. I went into the store to get the silver infinity bracelet for my daughters 18th birthday and she came out with the bracelet and the 18 charm attached (which I didn't even think of). I will recommend her to everyone!
