Timika was wonderful she helped me with my issue of bracelet breaking and got me a new one and got me a new safety chain. She helped me put all my new charms and old charms back on the new bracelet with other ladies. After having a bad experience at another pandora. Timika and the other girls made me feel welcome and happy since I have OG charms. She made them all look new. Tamika deserves a raise. She is amazing!

I had the best customer experience with Manager Timika in Bridgewater NJ location she was very patient and understanding of what I needed. I don’t usually shop for jewelry but I’ll be back for more because of her expertise.

I had an issue with the Harry Potter bangle where on a couple of occasions the clasp kept opening and almost lost a couple of my charms. Timika was amazing and able to switch the bangle with a new one even though I was over the timeframe of getting it replaced. I felt welcomed from the beginning to the end of my visit.
