Both store associates friendly. Same day returned one of items not what we thought it was, no issue on the returns. Exchange on graduation charm today someone got that so will get different one. Was great experience good service.

Nancy and Kameron were super helpful, as soon as we came in they asked us what we wanted and got to work finding exactly what we wanted and didn’t know what it looked like until they showed us.

I had a small issue that almost prevented me from picking up my purchase. But Tamika the sales assoc. at the Bridgewater Commons mall made it possible. And she also helped pick a new charm to replace the one they didn't have. She was really helpful and caring. You can tell she likes what she does! I definitely hope to do business with her soon!
