For the past month I have been going to this Pandora and usually helped by my 2 favorite girls Tamika and Kim. This time around I was greeted by another Pandora associate named Emilia. She was very nice and attentive. She offered some suggestions for my new bangle. I was very pleased with the customer service in the store once again.

With my visit to the store I walked right in on Valentine’s Day, thinking it would be very busy. With that being said someone created me right away and asked if I needed help and what I was looking for. With that she immediately brought me over to what I needed put me in a socially distanced spot and showed me what I was looking for. With that I pointed to what I was interested in, she gave me the prices and I picked the one I was interested in. She packed it up for and and I walked out a happy customer. 2 minutes later after realizing I purchased the wrong size I was lied back in and again was immediately welcomed and helped. The workers were more than helpful and were very polite and funny. They helped me right away, and did not care that 2 minutes before I was purchasing the wrong ring. Overall I had a great experience.
