I was a first time buyer and was very impressed with all the varieties of charms and bracelets in the store. My salesgirl, Olivia was excellent. She was very knowledgeable about the inventory in the store, very-patient with me and extremely pleasant. She went over and above to tend to everything I requested of her. The entire staff that I encountered were very pleasant. I bought the bracelet and charms for my daughters 40th birthday. I am please to tell you that it was a wonderful first experience for me, thanks to Olivia and the other staff members. They should be complimented for their professionalism and knowledge.

I ordered a charm for a birthday gift and I was so happy to know this store had more choices than the one in Menlo Park Mall. Sales person recommended a few harms for my bracelet. I love the bling she added!

This would be my second time purchasing jewelry at this Pandora. Both time the staff was amazing. The first time I went Tamika and Kimberly helped me. Both were very sweet, approachable, and knowledgeable about the merchandise. I really wanted the pink travel luggage and it was not in stock. Kimberly ordered it for me and called me once it was available. She really knows how to treat a customer. I was very happy to see her again. She also made suggestions for my next visit. Can’t wait to go back for my passport charm. :)
