The staff controlling the store traffic was very organized polite and helpful. The sales associate, Timika H, was very friendly, professional and ultra helpful.

Going shoo-in during the holidays can be a headache. I knew I had to come to the store to purchase a gift, and I was troubled to have seen the line outside the store. After almost 2 hours in line because of the holidays, I finally entered. Natalie was my sales associate and she was phenomenal. Between the holiday rush, the covid protocols, and the overall customer service, she handled it with professionalism and showed she is a keeper with the company. Working retail myself, I was pleased to have had her as my sales associate that day.

Natalie was very helpful. I am a man and don't know about these things. Natalie knew off the top of her head what was in stock and what items worked. They ran out of size 19 for Rose bracelet charm but I got size 21 anyway because Natalie reassured me I could come back with my wife later for the exchange. Thank you!!

My store experience was excellent. Unfortunately I was only at the store because of an awful online experience. I ordered this same product online. It was never delivered. Then I got an email saying I had returned the product. I could not get any line assistance to re-order. So I had to go to the store, and paid more because I had used a 20% off offer online.

Very happy with the help I got from Nancy and the rest of the team @ Pandora Bridgewater Commons Mall. She was very helpful, supper friendly and sweet, even with this pandimia and the restrictions we all have to complay.

My visit was amazing I forgot to ask the nice lady at the entrance her name but she was great! We had a nice conversation about my sister and school she told me about her husbands work. Also the employee inside the store that helped me with my purchase I think her name was Emilia I’m not sure she had the “Christmas ears” she was very sweet and very attentive such great people thank you guys again!
