His very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and patient service guided me through purchasing earrings, a charm a ring and your free bracelet, which I upgraded. I couldn’t give higher praise about Juan. He has helped me before during the lockdown, on the phone, with an exchange. You have a truly exceptional employee in him!

The sales associate that helped me was excellent. Took me right to the selection desired in the right size and suggested something for my daughter's 14th birthday. My daughter opened it this morning and absolutely loved the rings the associate picked out.

On visit to pick up online order the associates were so welcoming and personable. They informed me about an upcoming promotion as well as informing me that they would take care of two issues I had with product previously purchased. I returned 2 days later to the store to make another purchase and take advantage of the promo. They were phenomenal!!!!! This is my favorite location!

I can’t remember the girls that helped me out, but I went to the Bridgewater mall store, the girls there were amazing, very friendly with me and my husband, loved them and the great service I received, not to mention how quick and good job they did solving my issue
