I was highly satisfied with the customer service I received at Pandora, everyone was very nice. I always enjoy going into the store because the people working are friendly. My main issue with Pandora is that the rings or jewelry breaks very easily which is upsetting. The issue is also that the warranty only lasts a year, rather than giving one a year, maybe issue an extended warranty one can buy with the jewelry. I would for sure buy that rather than spending money continuously for jewelry which I will eventually stop buying since it is starting to feel like a waste.
