The manager who cleaned my mom's bracelet was delightful. She gave us top notch service, and not only cleaned the bracelet, but redesigned it so my mom had some type of style or structure to her charms. Loved it there!

Sales associate was knowledgeable, friendly and unaffected by the craziness of holiday shopping. She created a shopping experience like any other day, which was extra important because I was buying myself a birthday gift, not shopping for Christmas!
