Jewelry was beautifully displayed. Sales personnel were easily accessible. Sales person (Barbara Z No. 182117) was very helpful.

I purchased a necklace and wanted to return it and it wasn't in my purchase history...I bought it online and the sales lady couldn't find it....but other items that I bought at another purchase another time online was there. The clasp on my necklace keeps popping open...that is a quality flaw. The sales did nothing to try to accommodate or exchange the necklace.

Staff was very friendly, as soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted. I found exactly what I was looking for, thanks to the staff and it was quick which I liked.

The sales associate was extremely helpful, willing to stop what she was doing and found what I was looking for as well and having a very nice conversation while i was checking out.

I didn’t have to wait long to get service. Everything that I was looking for they had in store. And she helped me out a lot.
