My sales associate knew exactly what I was looking for and promptly showed me the piece I was interested in. She also showed me some other pieces I might be interested in.

The associates were extremely nice. Very friendly, and gave the right amount of attention. They didn’t press me about buying, but when I needed help, they were very knowledgeable.

The girl who helped me welcomed me the second I stepped in the door. I was on a specific agenda and kind of new exactly what I was looking for. The associate gave me a couple different options on what I was looking for, and was very attentive to my idea. Even when the combination of color scheme and bracelet type wasn’t available, she quickly came up with another option of purchase that fit my needs even better than I expected it to. She showed me how the clasps worked on both the charms and the bracelet, so that I felt confident showing the giftee. I was in and out quickly, yet felt like I got the attention I needed and felt welcomed by an expert!
