I walked in a was immediately greeted by Candice told her what I needed 3 charms for my 3 daughters who are teachers ... she showed me awesome charms an I bought three An was finished in 20 min !!

Staff at this store location very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I needed to exchange my bracelet that I bought the day before for the next size smaller. The process was hassle free. I appreciate how smoothly the exchange happened.

Sales staff were very friendly and patient and quick in helping me find items and also suggesting items to my liking.

We had an item purchased online in Feb of this year. We went to another Pandora location in Menlo Mall with the original packing box, slip proof of purchase and broken product, we were told they do not repair or exchange and would have to send it back to corporate because it was purchased online although the policy clearly states to return it to a Pandora store. The associate and the person who identified themselves as the Manager comunicate this. I then called the Bridgewater Location and spoke to Danielle the Store Manager, asked the policy, then explained the situation and without hesitation she told me to bring it in and she and her staff would be more than happy to take care of it. I went the next day on my way to work and she and Candace were AWESOME!!!! They had me in and out in less than 15 minutes! Thank You to Danielle and her staff and showing what true customer service is!

I had a charm that was damaged (lost color etc), I mentioned it to the sales clerk who immediately exchanged it with no questions asked. Because of this positive experience I purchased a new charm for my bracelet :=)))

The staff all were amazingly sweet and helpful. The sales associate that helped me was very patient with me and my decision making process. The store and everything on display were beautiful.
